Mission Statement
The Company, Jeton International Foods Ltd. were formed in 2010 by Lui’s Family (3rd Generation). We are one of the leading food suppliers in Hong Kong with over 50 years live seafood trading experience. Back to the first generation, Lui’s Family starts their business as seafood retailing in the local market in 1950s. Since the economy growth in Hong Kong in the 80s, Lui’s 2nd Generation started to develop wholesales seafood market at Lei Yu Mun. Recently in 2010, Lui’s 3rd Generation has formed a new company, Jeton Internation Foods Ltd. and started to trade seafood aboard and also imports live seafood from oversea.
Our business mainly focus on both live seafood and frozen items. At the very beginning we were only supplied to those main Chinese Cuisines Chain such as “Fu Lum Seafood Restaurant Group” and “Palace Restaurant Group”. And from the 2013, we have changed our strategies to focus on Hotel Groups and Western Cuisines Chain. From the time, our customers base from only 10 customers to over 50s, mainly Hotels and Restaurant Chain such as: Grand Hyatt Hotels Group, Harbour Plaza Hotels Group, Rhombus Hotels Group, Sino Hotels Group and Mr.Steak Restaurants Group etc.
Jeton are the professionalsupplier on buffet section items,such as Live Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Cooked Shrimps, Fresh Clams. We only supply what is in season and what we believe is the best. Our Mission & Vision strongly believe to provide high quality of seafood items no matter frozen or live. Other than good services, we are more wishing to give a friendly but professional suggestion on choosing seafood products, because we do believe a good and deep conversation or even a discussion is the key point leading to success for both parties (Supplier and Customers).
